Collages

Collage is a big part of my creative process, it plays with time and space and creates strange universes. I enjoy the freedom and random nature of collage, the distortion and accidental connections that it offers, as well as its narrative possibilities. I love feeling the qualities and textures of the paper I use from magazines, newspapers or old books. Time and patience play a determining role in collage as I take images out of context to combine them meticulously according to my instinct.
